About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support the Executive Team of a US-based company. This is a remote, full-time position (40 hours per week) that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
The ideal candidate takes great pride in their work, is proactive in anticipating needs, and is comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion. You will play a critical role in enabling our executives to operate efficiently and focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities

Executive Support
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate schedules, and arrange meetings across multiple time zones.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of executives.
- Track and follow up on key action items, deadlines, and project updates with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Coordination & Organization
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and events, including preparing agendas and materials.
- Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and project trackers.
- Monitor and respond to email correspondence as directed.

Project Support
- Assist with ad-hoc projects, research, and operational tasks as needed.
- Follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
- Support administrative and operational functions to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Technology & Tools
- Utilize various software tools and platforms to manage tasks, projects, and communications.
- Adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.

Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role (experience supporting senior leadership preferred).

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, Zoom).
- Work Ethic: High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Availability: Must be able to work 40 hours per week aligned with US business hours (with some flexibility for urgent matters).
