About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our global team. This is a remote position supporting personnel management and human resources processes for a U.S.-headquartered company with teams across India, Ukraine, Europe, the United States, and LATAM.
The ideal candidate will excel at managing sensitive information with discretion, thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and possess exceptional communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams around the world.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Personnel Management
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for global employees.
- Prepare, review, and organize HR-related reports and documentation.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a point of contact between HR and various business units worldwide.
- Coordinate with teams in multiple time zones for HR processes, updates, and initiatives.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders at all levels.
Data & Reporting
- Compile and analyze HR data for reports and decision-making.
- Maintain meticulous records of personnel information while ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed.
Technology & Process Management
- Use Excel and other HR systems for data tracking and analysis.
- Learn and adapt to new HR technology platforms for process and personnel management.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
Language Skills:
- Fluent in English (required).
- Spanish fluency is a strong plus.
Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience in HR, personnel administration, or related administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort with technology platforms (HRIS, communication tools, etc.).
- Ability to adapt to new systems and evolving company needs.
Work Environment:
- Ability to work across multiple time zones.
- Comfortable working independently while staying highly responsive to team needs.
