Our client is a large international company operating in the wind energy market announced the opening of the position of Blade Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and physical inspections of wind turbine blades.
- Conduct composite repairs on blades, including sanding, filling, and fiberglass work.
- Use platform systems to access blades at height.
- Collaborate with site teams and engineers to report issues and recommend solutions.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Travel to various wind farm sites as required
- Reporting on service activities

Qualifications
- Previous technical experience
- Prior blade repair experience is advantageous
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license

Competencies
- Willingness to travel, nationally and internationally
- Ability to climb wind turbines and work at heights up to 150 m.
- Comfortable working at heights
- Safety awareness
- Open and friendly attitude towards teammates and others
