Now, we’re expanding and looking for a proactive and sharp Sales Manager who’s ready to take our team to the next level.
About the Role
Your focus will be on identifying and attracting experienced CDL drivers, managing the hiring pipeline, and working closely with our Safety and Operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
You’ll own the recruitment sales funnel from first contact to signed offer — and your success will directly impact the growth and efficiency of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Source drivers via phone calls, CRM system, referrals, and social media
- Sell the position: present Load N Go’s value proposition clearly and confidently
- Pre-screen candidates and conduct phone interviews
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and manage the candidate pipeline
- Coordinate with the Safety Department for onboarding and compliance
- Act as the main point of contact for applicants throughout the process
- Present offers, handle objections, and close candidates professionally
- Track sales/recruiting metrics (conversion rate, source performance, etc.)
- Adjust strategies based on data, market trends, and company needs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales or recruiting (logistics/trucking industry is a strong plus)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
- Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Bonus: Understanding of CDL licensing and DOT compliance standards
