Role Summary The Local Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations within a specific region, ensuring the smooth functioning of all processes, and quick resolution of any issues. The role includes managing administrative tasks, analysing operational data, improving processes, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain efficient workflows and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination and execution of daily operations in the region you`re responsible for, including but not limited to scheduling and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for increased efficiency and productivity
- Support various departments and projects as needed

Required Skills and Experience:
Hard Skills:
- Hindi — Native Speaker
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field preferred
- 1−2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of basic accounting and local legislation principles is a huge plus
