CTS Express Inc. a company that has been operating in the U.S. freight transportation market for over 15 years. We are growing rapidly. Over the past year, we have expanded our fleet from 20 to 66 trucks and continue to add more. As we scale up our operations, we are hiring dispatchers not to replace someone, but to build a stronger team and support our fast growth. This is a full time job, and the hours are from 15:00 — 24:00 Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate loads for drivers.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor and manage driver routes, providing real-time support and updates.
- Optimize load planning to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Negotiate rates with brokers to secure profitable loads.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the trucking/logistics industry (preferably with reefer loads).
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the U.S. freight market, including lanes, rates, and regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve issues under pressure.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, if needed

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers, drivers, and customers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

- Competitive salary 90 000 — 200 000 UAH based on rpm & gross. Avarage salary of our dispatchers is $3000−3500
