Recruiter (Part-Time to Full-Time)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to help us find and hire top talent for our growing agency. You will manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple open positions.
- Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and hiring platforms.
- Proactively source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Review applications and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from hiring teams.
- Keep candidate records organized and up-to-date in our applicant tracking system.
- Provide hiring status updates to leadership.
- Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
- Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of different recruitment platforms, including regional sites such as Work.ua, and other relevant European or international platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles effectively.
- Experience hiring for marketing, creative, or technical roles is a plus.
