Public Relations and Project Manager
Responsibilities include:
- Create professional content: write texts, design images, shoot and edit videos (experience with graphic and video editing software is an advantage).
- Analyze the needs and interests of the target audience.
- Manage communication on Facebook and Instagram: respond to messages, keep pages active.
- Generate creative ideas for projects and content (execution only after approval).
- Select candidates for specialized training courses: review applications, conduct interviews.
- Coordinate and support participants until the start of the training.
- Collaborate and correspond with representatives of government and local authorities.
- Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience working with foreign representations, diplomatic missions, or international organizations.
- Understanding of etiquette rules and diplomatic protocol.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of setting up and promoting ads on social media.
- Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
- Experience with office software packages (Word, Excel, ppt etc) Knowledge of Hebrew would be an advantage
