We’re looking for a Logistics Excellence and Continuous Improvement Lead.
The Logistics Excellence and Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for supporting the Logistics Director in overseeing the logistics operations and leading the implementation of new logistics projects. This role ensures that all logistics activities are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Logistics Excellence and Continuous Improvement Lead will manage project timelines, coordinate with various departments, and ensure successful project execution from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Logistics Director:
- Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies.
- Provide input on logistical planning and policy development.

Project Management:
- Lead the planning and execution of new logistics projects.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with internal departments to align project goals and logistics activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and status reports

Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks related to logistics projects and report them to the Logistics Director.
- Assist in developing mitigation strategies to address project risks.
- Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics.
- Suggest innovative solutions to enhance logistics capabilities.

Requirements
Education:
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and continuous improvement.

Skills and Competencies:
- Good command of the English language (required for internal collaboration)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in logistics software and tools (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP systems).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for project oversight and coordination.
