Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Sales Partner to become the face of our company for new clients.
This is not a classic «fixed salary» role — it’s a chance to work as a partner, influence the growth of the business, and share the profit from successful deals.
What You’ll Do

Work with warm and cold leads (LinkedIn, email, referrals, networking).


Conduct initial calls and present our agency to potential clients.


Close contracts and manage clients until cooperation begins.


Collaborate closely with our lead generation and recruitment teams.


Build and maintain long-term client relationships.


We Expect You To

Have at least 1 year of B2B sales experience (HR/Recruitment/IT or related fields preferred).


International sales experience is a strong advantage.


Be skilled in building conversations and closing deals.


Have English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (for international clients).


Be independent, organized, and think like a partner — not an employee.


Be comfortable working without a fixed base salary, focusing on results.
