Job — Social Media Account Manager
- • Location: Remote — Worldwide (preferably in a time zone overlapping Europe)
- • Working hours: ~2 hours/day, 7 days/week (flexible scheduling, but daily work required)
- • Experience: Proven background in Social Media Management, Content Curation, and Visual Branding
Key Skills & Requirements:
- • Strong aesthetic sense — understanding visual appeal, brand consistency, and feed harmony
- • Editing skills — comfortable using apps like FaceApp, PrettyUp, CapCut for enhancing faces, bodies, and overall image quality
- • Understanding of trends — ability to adapt viral ideas into feed post format
- • Assistants management — assigning, guiding, and checking tasks for Virtual Assistants who handle posting
- • Content planning — create and manage a feed post calendar for 5−6 creato simultaneously
- • Copywriting — writing captions that fit brand voice and convert viewers to followers
- • Organizational skills — managing multiple accounts, tracking performance, ensuring deadlines are met
- • Attention to detail — ensuring no reused low-performing content, proper quality control
Responsibilities:
- • Plan, organize, and oversee all feed post content for 5−6 creators
- • Review and edit photos before publishing to ensure maximum quality
- • Coordinate with Virtual Assistants for daily posting and account upkeep
- • Track post performance and adjust strategy accordingly
- • Maintain consistent posting schedules and visual themes
- • Ensure brand and niche alignment for each model
