We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO who will become a key support in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the CEO’s daily schedule: calendar management, organizing meetings and appointments.
Coordinating business trips: booking flights, hotels, transfers, international shipments, and other travel arrangements.
Handling bookkeeping: tracking expenses, storing and organizing receipts and financial documents.
Managing business correspondence in both Ukrainian and English.
Researching and organizing necessary information both in Ukraine and abroad.
Working with large volumes of text: extracting key points and preparing concise summaries.
Coordinating and organizing the CEO’s meetings.
Promptly executing assigned tasks and monitoring results. Requirements:
At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain structure in work.
Responsibility and independence.
Ability to efficiently solve assigned tasks.
English proficiency at B1+ level.
