? What We Do:

Work with carriers (owner-operators & company drivers)

Manage company trucks

Communicate and coordinate with shippers and brokers

Sell logistics services to new clients

Expand and support our brokerage department

We handle the full range of freight types — from light to heavy (up to 45,000+ lbs). This is a great opportunity for dispatchers who love solving problems, thinking strategically, and maximizing driver earnings.
? Work Format:

Remote position

Priority given to candidates from Odesa, but we’re open to professionals from anywhere

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 4:00 PM — 9:00 PM (break), then 10:00 PM — 2:00 AM (Kyiv time)

Fully synced with Central Time (CST, U.S.)

? Compensation:

Percentage of the driver’s gross income

One of the highest commission rates in the industry

Transparent terms and mutual professional trust

Free 1.5-month training for candidates without experience
