We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Sales who is a master of phone calls, SMS campaigns, and email campaigns — and who knows how to build, lead, and inspire a high-performance sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire sales department to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.

Develop, implement, and refine a high-conversion sales process, focusing on calls, SMS, and email outreach.

Train and coach sales reps on advanced sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.

Oversee lead management and ensure timely follow-up through all sales channels.

Analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and take corrective action to improve performance.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction after the sale.

Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts.

Ensure all sales communication is professional, persuasive, and aligned with the company’s values.

Requirements:

Proven track record as a high-performing sales leader, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.

Expertise in closing deals via phone calls, SMS campaigns, and email campaigns.

Strong leadership and coaching skills to build a results-driven sales culture.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on sales performance metrics.

Experience working with CRMs and sales automation tools.

Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results in competitive markets.
