We are looking for a highly versatile Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of all our online marketing activities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with experience in performance marketing, organic growth, affiliate management, and overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities

PPC Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other networks.

Social Media (Organic): Manage content calendars, grow community engagement, and improve brand visibility.

Affiliate Marketing: Recruit affiliates, manage partnerships, track performance, and handle payouts.

General Marketing: Support branding, SEO coordination, email campaigns, and promotional activities.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs (CPA, ROI, ROAS, CTR), generate performance reports, and recommend improvements.

Budget Ownership: Manage monthly ad spend and allocate marketing resources efficiently.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven PPC and SMM track record.

Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and partner recruitment.

Data-driven mindset; comfortable with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and BI tools.

Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus).

Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities at once.
