ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ

Automaze is looking for a highly proactive and curious Lead Generation Manager to join our growing team. This is a strategic role for someone who thrives at the top of the sales funnel: sourcing, qualifying, and warming up real customers who are ready to move forward.
We’re not looking for a list-builder. We want someone who understands how founders think, speaks their language, and knows how to spark interest and qualify fast. You’ll be the first human touchpoint for most of our leads and a key driver in how our pipeline performs.
We’re seeking someone who’s fluent in English, comfortable on intro calls, sharp with outreach tools, and eager to help founders solve real tech problems — from late-stage MVPs to cloud costs that are out of control.
Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify leads via UpWork, LinkedIn, and inbound channels (website forms, AI concierge).

Write and send outreach messages that are brief, sharp, and aligned with founder pain points.

Schedule intro calls with qualified leads and run initial discovery to confirm fit.

Research companies and decision-makers to tailor outreach and prioritize high-signal targets.

Track and manage lead flow using our CRM, outreach platform, and sales templates.

Support email campaigns and follow-up sequences with clear, data-driven insights.

Collaborate with the founder and marketing team to refine outreach scripts and targeting criteria.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, prospecting, or SDR roles.

Proven ability to source leads from LinkedIn, job boards, and other outbound channels.

Confident communicator — both written and verbal — with fluent English.

Comfortable qualifying prospects on intro calls using clear, direct questioning.

Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and outreach tools.

Strong research skills and the ability to assess buyer intent based on digital signals.

Organized and consistent — able to manage dozens of prospects and follow-ups simultaneously.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on clarity, speed, and action.

Bonus Points

Experience working with or selling to tech startups or founders.

Familiarity with HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar automation platforms.

Ability to write sharp LinkedIn DMs and cold emails that drive replies.

Understanding of startup sales funnels or growth tactics.
