About the Role
This is a part-time, flexible role for someone who enjoys both the creative and the practical sides of soulful entrepreneurship. You’ll help bring clarity to systems, rhythm to communications, and support to content and community engagement. Working with European market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Assist with email marketing and newsletter creation
- Help manage and organize digital content, contacts, and light CRM tasks
- Provide admin and project support for retreats and events (e.g., research, scheduling, communication)
- Co-create and maintain simple marketing processes and templates
- Stay aware of trends and propose gentle improvements aligned with the brand

Other duties as assigned You Might Be a Fit If You…
- Have at least 1 year of experience in SMM, marketing, or VA support
- Have excellent written English and strong attention to detail
- Are comfortable working independently, keeping deadlines, and proposing solutions
- Understand how to shape messaging that feels warm, grounded, and intentional
- Have basic design or content editing skills (photo/video)
- Are curious, organized, and enjoy helping meaningful projects grow

Think strategically but are not afraid of hands-on execution •Nice to Have (but not required):
- Experience with coaching, wellness, or personal development brands
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, Mailchimp, etc.
