Customer Success Manager

Join Tempfind.com — the fastest-growing dental staffing platform in North America. We help dental clinics connect with qualified professionals quickly and reliably. To keep up with our growth, we’re looking for a Clinic Success Manager to support our clinics and make sure their shifts get filled.
What You’ll Do

Be the main point of contact for assigned clinics.

Build strong relationships with office managers and hiring leads.

Check all open or aging shifts daily and take action so nothing gets missed.

Call clinic managers to remind them to review and accept applicants—or do it on their behalf.

Call professionals who have been requested for shifts and motivate them to confirm bookings.

Share tips and best practices with clinics to help them fill more shifts.

Deliver top-quality service and make sure every clinic has a great experience on Tempfind.

What We’re Looking For

Advanced or fluent English (spoken and written) — this is non-negotiable.

Experience in account management, client success, or recruitment/staffing (2+ years).

Strong communicator who is confident on the phone and persuasive.

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented — you don’t let things slip through the cracks.

CRM knowledge required — Pipedrive experience is a big plus.

Experience in SaaS, staffing, or healthcare/dental is an asset but not required.
