Position: Office Administrator — Data Processing & Growth Specialist
As an Office Administrator specializing in Data Processing and Growth, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, improving processes, and supporting the growth of the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct market and data analysis to determine product feasibility and collaborate with cross-functional teams across ecommerce and B2B platforms.

Initiate and lead improvements in processes for efficiency and compliance by establishing timelines, workflows, and requirements.

Generate creative ideas to support business growth, ensure product compliance with ecommerce standards, and engage in problem-solving to enhance customer experience.

Review documentation and assist with reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Identify and address procedural, product, or process deficiencies with corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience across multiple organizations, preferably including startup environments.

Proficiency in data analysis (internal data, customer behavior, industry trends, macro-environment analysis).

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and other data tools.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and processes.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
