We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager / Partner Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with partners and speakers, providing support, ensuring they have a seamless and valuable experience at our events. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding exhibitors through the entire process—from initial sign-up to post-event follow-up.

| Key Responsibilities
- Client Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end client success journey, from onboarding to growth, ensuring alignment with client goals, business outcomes, and event logistics.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors by addressing their needs and providing personalized support.
- Onboarding: Guide exhibitors through the onboarding process, ensuring they have all necessary resources and support to successfully set up and participate in events.
- Communication & Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between exhibitors and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve exhibitor issues promptly to guarantee a positive experience. Collect exhibitor feedback to enhance future events and refine offerings.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze client performance metrics and customer engagement data, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Deliver monthly reports, establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Customer Advocacy: Represent exhibitor and speakers' interests internally, sharing strategic use cases, process improvements, and feedback within the organization.
