About the Role
We are looking for a motivated EDI Specialist / EDI Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate has 1−2 years of experience working with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems and is eager to grow their technical and analytical skills. You will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, and troubleshooting EDI transactions while ensuring smooth communication between our business partners and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI transaction errors in a timely manner.
- Configure and maintain EDI maps and workflows across various formats (X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON).
- Collaborate with business partners and internal teams to resolve integration issues.
- Support ERP/CRM integration (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
- Document processes, maintain technical specifications, and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with business requirements and trading partner standards.

Qualifications
- 1−2 years of experience as an EDI Specialist, Analyst, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of EDI formats (X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON).
- Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM integration (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (English).
- Ability to work independently during 5 PM — Midnight New York Time (EST).
