Responsibilities
- Handle and process client requests for private flights via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Advise clients on aircraft availability, specifications, pricing, and flight conditions.
- Propose the most suitable aircraft solutions tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate communication between clients and service providers.
- Draft and finalise transport contracts; maintain accurate reporting and CRM records in line with company standards.
- Arrange related services such as ground transfers, hotel bookings, VIP lounge access, and more.
- Provide full flight support and monitoring from booking through completion.

Requirements
- 2−3 years of experience in business or civil aviation.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to relocate to Malta (for at least 6 months for corporate training and education).
- Aviation-related education (preferred but not mandatory).

- Strong stress resilience and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Flexible schedule and readiness to work outside standard hours (24/7 support may be required).
- Quick decision-making and accountability.
- Creative, adaptive thinking with the ability to multitask effectively.

Preferred Experience (a plus, but not required)
- Working with VIP clients, high-profile individuals, or business leaders.
- Experience in European airlines or Concierge services.
- Customer service mindset.
