We’re «Modulus» currently looking for experienced freelance professionals who specialize in architectural work planning (particularly in the context of detailed design and execution phases). We often have projects that require strong expertise in developing detailed plans based on approved designs, and we’re interested in collaborating with freelancers who can work remotely and integrate smoothly into our workflow.
What we’re looking for:
• Solid experience in work planning and execution planning (equivalent to design phases like LPH 5 in Germany)
• Proficiency with relevant CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD)
• Familiarity with local building codes and standards
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English
• Willingness to coordinate via online meetings (Zoom/Teams) for regular updates
