Main responsibilities
- Management of telematics on equipment: update&upgrade, remote management of events, cooperation with aftersales representers;
- Subscriptions: setting and limiting subscriptions, extending paid subscriptions, informing internal customers about their conditions, changes, technical recommendations and characteristics during selection;
- Monitoring & Data management: processing data from customer equipment (connectivity, SOS Fluid Analysis, CAT Inspect, web-resources), providing relevant transcriptions and recommendations;
- Product support: implementation of new remote management services recommended by the Manufacturer and promising for the market; development of products for managing equipment by telematics (PL, Wialon, RAC, etc.), conducting internal (if necessary — external) trainings for customers;
- Management of accounts and payments;
- Analytical activity, reporting.

Requirements:
- Technical / radio engineering education
- Understanding the technical characteristics of radio and 2−3−4G, VIMS, control units, their installation
- Experience with Construction and Mining equipment, Engines&Generators is highly recomended (not required)
- English language — Upper Intermediate or Advanced
- Communicative
