ArboStar is a Canadian-Ukrainian SaaS company that develops and sells a unique CRM system for the Arboriculture and Landscaping industries. We are looking for a highly energetic and intelligent individual to help us grow our product and make our clients happy.
Responsibilities:
- Actively search for and attract candidates for IT vacancies of various levels (from junior to senior).
- Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and alignment with the company’s culture.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
- Use various channels to source candidates, including social media, professional platforms, job boards, and other resources.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
- Coordinate the hiring process and provide feedback to candidates.
- Support a positive company image in the job market.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as an IT recruiter.
- Excellent knowledge of the IT talent market and modern recruitment methods.
- Interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with candidates and department heads.
- Experience with various tools and platforms for candidate sourcing.
- English proficiency at B2-C1 level.
