Autofun is an e-commerce company operating its own B2B and B2C platform for selling automotive spare parts. We integrate with leading marketplaces (Allegro, eBay, etc.), manage our own catalog with millions of items, and automate logistics, warehouse operations, and internal services.
We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality initiatives across our product ecosystem. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and usability of our platform, which powers the operations of one of Austria’s fastest-growing automotive supply companies. As a senior QA engineer, you’ll define testing approaches and work closely with developers to consistently deliver reliable, high-performing software.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices
- Lead test planning, design, and execution for complex features and integrations
- Perform manual and exploratory testing across UI, API
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and quality goals
- Own defect triage and root cause analysis for critical issues
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools
- Contribute to release planning and risk assessment

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, STLC, and SDLC
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and practical experience in Scrum ceremonies

and workflows
- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Solid experience in API testing (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release workflows
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- English proficiency — upper intermediate or higher

Will be a plus
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright)
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)
- Experience in mentoring junior QA engineers
