Remote Sales Manager — Xtreme Security
Location: Remote (Ukraine — with potential relocation to Canada for top performers) Employment Type: Full-Time

We’re expanding quickly and are looking for ambitious, motivated sales professionals to join our remote sales team. Responsibilities:

Drive new client acquisition through calls, emails, and virtual meetings

Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses needing security solutions

Develop proposals, present service offerings, and close deals

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

Track and report sales progress in CRM

Requirements:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Prior experience in sales or business development preferred, but not required if you are eager to learn

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary: 25,000−50,000 UAH/month

Uncapped commission structure — earnings can exceed 50,000 UAH with strong performance
