We are seeking highly motivated Independent Freight Agents to join our growing team! Your primary responsibilities will include building long-term relationships with carriers and shippers, negotiating rates, and solving problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Need to Succeed:
- ? English B2+ level
- ? Existing book of business
- ? Minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics within the U.S. market
- ? Strong problem-solving skills
- ? Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ? Comfortable with MS Office and Google Services
- ? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
