- Hide, report, or escalate spam, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Enforce community guidelines and protect brand reputation
- Collaborate with the content and support teams to relay feedback, questions, or trends
- Engage with the audience to encourage healthy conversations and boost engagement
- Flag important or urgent messages for follow-up by other team membersRequirements:
- Proven experience moderating or managing social media accounts
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook (or other relevant platforms)
- Strong sense of judgment, especially in fast-paced or sensitive situations
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly during assigned shifts
- Bonus: Multilingual skills or experience using social media tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite)

Working Hours:
