Join SkyUp as Senior Business Process Analyst
In this role you will be:
- Facilitate workshops and process mapping sessions
- Analyze and document existing business processes (BPMN 2.0)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- Design and propose optimized business process (SHOULD-BE)
- Work closely with IT/business teams to align processes with system capabilities
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Evaluate impact of process changes on people, systems, and business rules
- Support implementation of new or improved processes
- Monitor KPIs to measure process performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma when relevant)
- Use tools like Camunda, Confluence, Jira Software, Planner

We expect from you:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, modeling, or optimization
- Strong understanding of business process modeling notations (e.g., BPMN 2.0)
- Familiarity with methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is a plus
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels (technical, business, executive)
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems in general
- Skilled in preparing clear documentation: process flows, SOPs, impact assessments
- Critical thinking and structured problem-solving mindset
- Experience in Agile or Scrum-based environments
- Familiarity with RPA tools or process mining platforms
