What We Offer
- Fully remote position — work from home
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM — 5 PM EST (16:00 — 00:00 Kyiv time)
- Salary: $4,000 — $6,000 USD or more (performance-based)
- Quarterly bonuses
- Direct experience working in the U.S. market

You’re the Perfect Fit If You:
- Speak fluent English (must-have)
- Have at least 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C, product or service)
- Have worked with CRM systems and understand the sales pipeline
- Bonus: prior experience in the U.S. market

What You’ll Do
- Following up with warm leads and converting them into paying customers
- Keeping CRM data accurate and up-to-date
- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Tracking your performance and reporting to your manager
- Managing multiple client threads while staying highly organized
