Requirements:
- 2−3 years of experience in SMM
- Sharp eye for spotting what’s cringe and what’s based;
- Certified meme archivist;
- Always up-to-date with trends, ready to generate hype 24/7;
- Basic graphic design skills (composition, typography, color theory);
- Strong expertise in creating high-quality visuals;
- Solid time management, focus, and prioritization aligned with business goals;
- A healthy dose of impostor syndrome that fuels constant self-improvement.

Will be plus:
- Rap and breakdancing skills;
- Skill in Photoshop;
- Skill in Première / Final Cut.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement social media content plans aligned with the overall SMM strategy and marketing objectives;
- Produce, curate, and manage engaging content across social platforms;
- Oversee day-to-day management of social media pages;
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, competitor activity, and ad campaign results to drive optimization;
- Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments;
- Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and best practices, particularly within the gambling and betting industry;
- Deliver comprehensive performance reports;
- Consistently meet and exceed KPI targets;
- Remain ready to join team celebrations at a moment’s notice.
