? Responsibilities

? Handle inbound and outbound calls with hot & cold leads.

? Sell insurance policies to U.S. business clients.

? Generate new business via calls, social media outreach, referrals, and networking.

? Use AMS 360 for data entry, policy management, and document uploads.

? Guide clients through the insurance process and close deals.

? Achieve and exceed sales targets.

? Requirements

Previous sales experience (insurance is a plus).

English C1-C2, fluent.

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Comfortable with outbound calls and fast-paced sales.

Highly motivated, independent, and goal-oriented.

? Compensation & Benefits

Salary: base + commissions ($1,000 + comm-s $50-$300 per closed policy). Average monthly income: $2500-$3500
