INTEGRITES is looking for an ambitious and experienced senior associate to become part of our Corporate and M&A, as well as Labour Law practice groups in Kyiv. We look for ambitious lawyers to join our top-tier team, recognized for working on high-impact projects — particularly those advancing Ukraine’s reconstruction. We currently advise both clients continuing their operations in Ukraine and those entering the market with new business ventures.
How you will contribute:
- Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and M&A matters
- Draft and review various types of legal documents in English and Ukrainian
- Assist in conducting due diligence and drafting detailed due diligence reports
- Participate in negotiations
- Perform other tasks as instructed by the project lead and/or clients

What can be your asset:
- A degree in law from a reputable Ukrainian university, foreign LL.M. degree is an advantage
- 3+ years of experience in an international or a leading Ukrainian law firm (Corporate and M&A practice)
- Fluency in English, Ukrainian and other foreign languages
- Excellent analytical, research and legal writing skills
- Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, productive and client-oriented approach, ability to perform both autonomously and within a team
- Proficiency in MS Office, legal databases (Liga, etc.)
