We are looking for an experienced and proactive Community Manager / SMM Specialist to join our team and take full ownership of Telegram communities across our brands. This role is critical for building engagement, loyalty, and long-term player retention through smart content and active communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow active Telegram communities and chats across multiple brands
- Maintain daily communication with users: respond to questions, gather feedback, and manage conflict or negativity
- Develop and implement content strategies focused on audience engagement and retention
- Write compelling, audience-relevant posts in Russian and Ukrainian
- Create and launch community activations such as contests, polls, and giveaways
- Collaborate with designers to produce visuals and creatives for Telegram
- Seamlessly integrate promotional campaigns and bonus offers into community content
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g. Engagement Rate, CTR, subscriber growth) to inform future content and strategy
- Prepare regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations
- Moderate chats and ensure a safe, respectful, and spam-free environment

Requirements
Must-have:
- At least 1 year of experience in the gray industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Community Manager or SMM Specialist with a focus on Telegram
- Fluent/native written communication in Russian and Ukrainian
- Proven ability to write engaging, human-centered copy
- Experience developing and executing successful SMM campaigns and community activities
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools
- High level of autonomy, responsibility, and initiative

Nice-to-have:
- Basic graphic design skills (Figma, Canva, Photoshop)
- Experience editing short-form video content (e.g. Shorts, Reels)
- Familiarity with Telegram automation and analytics tools
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful community building or engagement
