Requirements:
?? Experience working with e-commerce and an understanding of e-commerce sales processes for 2+ years.
?? Successful experience in sourcing suppliers in China and other alternative countries.
?? Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and partners to secure the best terms and prices.
?? Ability to plan warehouse inventory and prevent stockouts.
?? Placing orders and organizing the delivery of goods from point A to point B.
?? Strong PC skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Docs / Sheets.
?? English proficiency at a B2 level.

Responsibilities:
??Ensuring all products are available in sufficient quantities at Amazon warehouses.
??Overseeing the production of all new company products.
??Quality control of supplied goods.
??Managing supplies to warehouses (supply chain management, monitoring all supply-related events, maintaining the order calendar).
??Creating a yearly procurement/production schedule.
??Maintaining purchasing prices within the specified price range.
??Approving procurement budgets.
??Controlling payments to suppliers.
??Supervising the work of logisticians.
??Ensuring the delivery of goods from suppliers to Amazon warehouses in the most efficient manner.
What do we mean in more details:
??Planning and ensuring adequate inventory levels at Prep Centers and Amazon warehouses, creating new FBA shipments.
??Checking deliveries upon arrival.
??Reviewing elements of reorder points and calculating new ones as needed.
??Monitoring, adjusting, and updating stock levels at warehouses.
??Analyzing the market and selecting the best suppliers to provide quality goods at optimal prices.
??Negotiating and finalizing contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
??Coordinating with suppliers during the production process.
??Receiving samples of ordered products.
??Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices.
??Conducting inbound performance analysis and resolving incoming issues.
??Organizing quality control for all orders.
??Implementing new software to optimize the supply chain process (as needed).
??Supervising the team and efficiently distributing work among team members.
