We’re Hiring: Amazon Listing Manager (Remote)

We’re looking for a Listing Manager to fully own and manage our Amazon product catalog — from creating and updating listings to coordinating content with designers and ensuring accuracy across all product pages.
? What You’ll Do This is a hands-on listing management role — your main responsibility is to keep Amazon product listings accurate, engaging, and compliant. No SEO optimization is expected — the focus is on content, structure, updates, and day-to-day management of listings.
? Key Responsibilities ? Product Listings & Content
Create and update listings on Amazon (titles, bullets, images, variations, attributes).
Coordinate A+ Content, infographics, and visuals with designers.
Ensure all product details are accurate and consistent across marketplaces.
Monitor performance and update listings when required.
? Analytics & Reporting
Track listing performance KPIs: sessions, conversions, sales, reviews.
Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
Flag underperforming listings and propose fixes.
? Support & Issue Resolution
Monitor listing health, suppressions, and policy violations.
Open and manage support cases with Amazon.
Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure correct inventory and product info.
? Launches & Updates
Assist with new product launches, FBA setup, promotions, and seasonal updates.
Maintain stock info, variations, pricing, and images.
Create flat files or bulk uploads when needed.
? What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central (listings, variations, A+ Content, issue resolution).
Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
Experience with AI tools — a plus.
English: Upper Intermediate+ (for writing and communication).
Independence, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude.
