ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist (Junior-Mid level) to help us build and scale our lead generation funnels. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, curious, and motivated to experiment with different demand generation strategies to attract new clients.
You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to design and implement campaigns, manage marketing assets, and coordinate external partnerships to grow our lead pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Funnels
- Build and manage lead generation funnels, from lead magnets to email nurturing campaigns.
- Create and promote lead magnets (e.g., free audits, guides, webinars).
- Structure nurturing email sequences that educate, provide value, and gradually convert leads.
Partnerships & Listings
- Research and connect with agencies, websites, and aggregators to list our agency in relevant rankings (e.g., «Top Amazon PPC Agencies 2025»).
- Evaluate traffic and conversion potential of directories, blogs, and ratings platforms (via SimilarWeb or similar tools).
- Explore and manage partnership opportunities (e.g., EOS Worldwide, tool providers like Helium10, referral partners).
Content & Campaign Support
- Support creation of landing pages and write technical briefs for designers/developers.
- Collaborate on case studies, blog posts, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in organizing webinars, office hours, and conference participation.
Social Media & Email Marketing
- Manage company social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) with the goal of lead generation, not just brand awareness.
- Run email campaigns with different offers, educational content, and client success stories.
- Develop sequences that balance value-driven content (educational, tips) with subtle offers and FOMO triggers.
Market Research & Reporting
- Identify new channels, communities, and platforms for lead generation.
- Track campaign performance and report on funnel efficiency (from impressions to leads to conversions).
- Stay updated on best practices in B2B marketing and apply them creatively.
Skills & Experience
- 1−3 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or digital campaigns (agency or in-house).
- Hands-on knowledge of marketing tools (email marketing platforms, CRM, analytics, social media scheduling).
- Strong organizational and communication skills — able to manage multiple projects and coordinate with teams/partners.
- Experience working in a marketing team environment and collaborating with sales.
- Understanding of content-driven funnels (educational > value > soft offer > conversion).
- Bonus: familiarity with SaaS, agency, or e-commerce industries.
