We’re looking for an Inventory Manager to take full ownership of ourinventory operations, data accuracy, and logistics coordination.
? Your Impact
In this role, you’ll be the bridge between data, logistics, and marketplace performance. You’ll track stock across warehouses, manage restocks, balance FBA and 3PL inventory, and prevent out-of-stock situations while optimizing storage and logistics costs.
? Key Responsibilities
? Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory across FBA, AWD, 3PL, and local stock
- Maintain accurate stock levels in Amazon
- Forecast demand and initiate restocks and transfers
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and freight forwarders

? Data & Analytics
- Maintain live dashboards and stock alerts
- Analyze sales trends and forecast inventory needs
- Minimize excess inventory and aged stock

? Returns & Reimbursements
- Track customer returns and warehouse issues
- Initiate Amazon reimbursements for lost/damaged inventory
- File support cases with detailed documentation

?? Operational Excellence
- Maintain SKU and product catalog consistency
- Document inventory processes and suggest automation where possible
- Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA / AWD inventory guidelines

? What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in inventory management, eCommerce, logistics, or operations
- Experience with Amazon FBA / AWD, 3PL
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning)
- Analytical thinking + attention to detail = must
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and cloud file systems
- English level: B1+ and higher for internal comms and documentation

? Bonus Points
- Experience filing Amazon reimbursement cases (lost/damaged)
- Previous experience with sportswear or apparel (size/variation management)
