We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedInfluencer Outreach Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and evaluating potential influencer partners who align with our brand values and campaign goals. You will build the foundation for long-term collaborations by ensuring we connect with the right voices in digital communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and source influencers across Instagram and TikTok.
- Screen and evaluate influencer profiles based on audience demographics, engagement, and content quality.
- Maintain and update an internal influencer database with accurate information.
- Negotiating with influencers on the terms of cooperation.

Requirements:
- Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends.
- English B2+.
- Previous experience in influencer research, marketing, or talent scouting is an advantage.
