- Lviv, Ukraine
- Tbilisi, Georgia
- Yerevan, Armenia

We specialize in North American freight logistics and offer comprehensive dispatch services to our clients across the US We’re a growing team looking for motivated individuals to join us on our journey.
? Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch freight for US-based carriers
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and clients via phone and email
- Negotiate rates and build relationships with brokers
- Plan, schedule, and track shipments in real-time
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems
- Monitor deliveries and resolve any issues during transit
- Collaborate with team members in Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, and the US

?‍? Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring for both:
- Entry-level candidates— no experience required; full training provided
- Experienced dispatchers/logistics coordinators— your skills are highly valued

? Requirements
- Experience preferred however not required
- Fluent English(spoken and written) is a MUST HAVE
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Google Sheets, email, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and work in the US logistics industry
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work US business hours (evening shift in Ukraine)
