To strengthen our operations, we are seeking a sharp, motivated, and experienced Hotshot Dispatcher / Support Managerwho thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily trucking operations for US-based routes.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams in English.
- Plan and assign loads, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve operational issues and handle emergency situations with professionalism.
- Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with US trucking regulations.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and schedules in dispatch systems.
- Provide support and guidance to team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:
- Experiencein trucking dispatch, freight brokerage, or logistics operations (US market experience preferred).
- English — both written and spoken (must be confident in professional communication).
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency with computers and dispatch/tracking software.
- Availability to work according to US time zones.
