Position Overview: As a Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing billing and factoring processes, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our finance and operations team. This role requires attention to detail, basic English communication, and a willingness to learn and grow in the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and process billing and factoring documentation.

Communicate with clients and factoring companies regarding invoices and payments.

Review and verify accuracy of billing documents.

Maintain organized records and reports.

Assist with general administrative and financial tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of English (written & verbal).

Experience in factoring or billing (preferred).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
