Your Mission
As Marketing Director, you won’t just manage campaigns — you’ll own the global marketing strategy. You’ll build a brand that resonates with growers, distributors, and partners across continents. You’ll tell our story, drive demand, and position us as a world leader in greenhouse automation.
What You’ll Do
- Craft and execute a bold marketing strategy focused on the U.S. and Latin America.
- Strengthen our brand identity as a cutting-edge technology startup in agri-tech.
- Drive lead generation and support distributor & integrator growth.
- Own our presence at international exhibitions and trade shows — from strategy to execution.
- Lead content, PR, LinkedIn campaigns, CRM processes, and email marketing.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and sales leaders to align marketing with business growth.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of proven marketing leadership in B2B technology (agri-tech / greenhouse automation experience a plus).
- Hands-on expertise in content creation, PR, LinkedIn, CRM, trade shows, and email marketing.
- Strong brand-builder and storyteller with a data-driven mindset.
- Startup spirit: ambitious, agile, and creative problem-solver.
- Fluent in English — must!
