What you will do

A perfect start for every new hire

Create a WOW onboarding experience: from a vibrant welcome package to a personalized adaptation plan;

Smoothly integrate new colleagues into work: setting up Deel, Asana, Discord, and other tools;

Host live Q&A sessions, organize mentoring meetings, and collect genuine feedback.

Development and support of the HR ecosystem

Manage the employee’s «Personal Profile»: grade history, offers, and key career milestones;

Prepare analytical reports with metrics on engagement, turnover, and hiring efficiency;

Coordinate vacations, sick days, Birthday Day Off, and HR procedures — from transfers to terminations;

Launch pulse surveys, analyze results, and create actionable plans for improving the workplace climate;

Inspire corporate culture: organize engaging team-building activities, bi-monthly meetings, and large-scale New Year events.

Your ideal background

5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Manager with proven successful cases;

English level C1;

Expertise in HR platforms, analytics, and reporting;

Excellent communication skills — both written and spoken;

High empathy, proactivity, and passion for improvement.
