Lantech Communications, LLC is a rapidly growing telecommunications and utility service provider, specializing in cable installation, drop bury, and splicing projects across multiple U.S. states. With a diverse multinational team and strong ties to the Ukrainian community, we are driven by the mission to become the top provider of service installations in the telecommunications industry.
We are now looking for a Recruitment Lead / Project Manager to strengthen our Operational Recruitment Division and ensure that our technician-level hiring meets the fast-paced demands of our Operations and Business Development teams.
- Position type: full-time, fully remote.
- Work schedule: 8.00 a.m. — 4.00 p.m. (Chicago time) / 4.00 p.m. — 00.00 a.m. (Kyiv time).
As our Recruitment Lead, you will be the key link between recruiting, operations, and business development. Your role is to keep recruitment aligned with operational priorities, oversee the daily work of our recruiters, and make sure the pipeline of qualified technicians is always ready.
What we expect:
- Proven experience in recruitment project management, team leadership, or high-volume recruiting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English — B2+ level or higher is required.
- Familiarity with recruitment and office tools (ATS, Trello, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Experience recruiting technician-level / blue-collar roles (telecom, construction, logistics, etc).
- Experience with call-centers will be a plus.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating staffing needs with Operations and Business Development teams.
- Managing a team of 5+ operational recruiters (remote).
- Assigning and tracking recruiter tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Leading recruitment campaigns for regional and project-based hiring.
- Monitoring candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate recruitment trackers.
- Improving workflows and ensuring compliance with internal hiring processes.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to increase job ad visibility.
- Preparing weekly and monthly recruitment reports for leadership.
