Lantech Communications, LLC is a fast-growing telecommunications and utility services provider specializing in cable installation, underground construction, and splicing projects across the U.S. With a diverse multinational team, we are expanding quickly and need strong leaders to keep our operations fully staffed and supported.
We are now looking for a Call Center Team Lead / Project Manager to manage and guide our remote call-center style team that specializes in large-scale candidate outreach and workforce coordination.
As the Call Center Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for managing a remote mass-hiring team engaged in high-volume outbound calling, tracking their daily tasks, to ensure staffing pipelines stay full, and team’s performance aligns with company priorities.
What we expect:
- Proven experience in call center team leadership, recruitment coordination, or project management.
- Strong organizational, time management, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Fluent English — B2+ level or higher (must be confident on the phone).
- Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems, Trello, Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
- Comfort managing high-volume phone outreach operations.
- Flexible, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of 5+ remote agents making mass outbound calls.
- Ensuring high-quality call scripts and consistent candidate communication.
- Coordinating campaign priorities with other departments (operations & business development).
- Monitoring daily activity and ensuring team goals are met.
- Assigning and tracking tasks, reviewing performance, and providing coaching.
- Maintaining accurate databases and call logs.
- Ensuring team scripts, outreach quality, and communication standards are followed.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports on team activity and outcomes.
