Position Description:
We’re looking for a PPC manager to run and optimize campaigns for consumer brands in the USA, EU, and Japan, with a focus on strategy execution, performance analysis, and measurable growth.
Moreover, you will quickly enhance your skills and will have a chance to reach great results as a digital marketing specialist.
The following skills are important to us:
- Strong knowledge of contextual advertising and campaign optimization;
- Experience working with Amazon Ads;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions;
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, reporting);
- Upper Intermediate/Advanced English for client and team communication;
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multitasking campaigns simultaneously;
- Proactive team player, capable of mentoring junior colleagues and collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon Ads;
- Conduct keyword research, segmentation, and competitor analysis;
- Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven adjustments;
- Create and automate regular reports with actionable insights;
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to achieve target KPIs;
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to improve ad performance;
- Support and mentor junior specialists.
