Shift: 15:00−01:00
Position Summary:
The Trucking Dispatcher is a key role in searching and booking the loads for our trucks. The position will be responsible to work with the brokers and Operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Searching and booking the loads for the drivers that are attached to a dispatcher
- Planning driver’s trip (and keep tracking) in the USA
- Dispatching drivers (texting information to drivers, giving directions as needed, making appointments, providing informational support, etc.)
- Maintaining company database

Skills Required:
- Strong English speaking skills (Upper-Intermediate-Fluent)
- The experience in US logistics is preferable
- Be able to be proactive and make sure that goals are met;
- Take responsibility for the results;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis on Outlook;
- Ability to learn CRM system and other company software;
- Ability to make decisions and prioritize in stressful situations;
- Be a problem solver;
- Be a team player;
- Possess strong organizational skills.
