We are looking for a motivated HR/Recruiter Assistant to support our HR department in sourcing, quality control, and process management. This role requires strong English skills (B2 or higher) and attention to detail in working with recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates and supporting the execution of HR tasks
- Reviewing and evaluating interview recordings, providing structured feedback
- Conducting interviews in English (if required)
- Coordinating with department heads to align hiring needs
- Tracking and assigning HR-related tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
- Working with ATS/CRM systems (Zoho Recruit/Zoho People, Notion); experience with similar systems is a plus

Requirements:
- English level B2 or higher (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in HR/recruitment support or related field is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
